Our holiday home “Untermarkt38”, which used to be an old farmhouse, is situated in the heart of the historical center of Mittenwald.

In 2016 we carefully renovated it completely. We preserved its typical alpine style and combined it with maximum modern comfort. Due to the chosen natural materials (natural wood, tiled floor) the flat is allergy friendly.

The apartment is located in the city center nearby the pedestrian zone: places of interest such as shops, restaurants, train and bus stations as well as hiking trails and the mountain cable cars are within walking distance.

Our holiday apartment Untermarkt38 is suitable for 2 to 6 people, has 3 bedrooms and measures about 90 square meters extended over the first and second floor.

Situated in first floor there is a big and open kitchen, a dining area, living room, one big bedroom and toilet/washroom.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dish washer, espresso and coffee machine and a kettle.

The dining area offers space for more than 6 people.

In the living room our guests find cable TV, a music system, DVD player and a wood pellet stove.

The spacious and quiet main bedroom “Karwendelblick” is located on the first floor. It is furnished with a double bed (size 180x200 cm) and a big wardrobe in the typical alpine, well smelling stone pine wood. The large balcony offers a great view of the mountains.

Two more bedrooms and the bathroom are situated on the second floor.

The bedroom “Viererspitz” has its own balcony and is equipped with a queen size bed (size 160x200 cm), a dresser and cable TV.

The bedroom “Kranzberg” is furnished with a dresser and a single bed (size 90x200 cm) that can be extended to fit two people (size 180x200 cm).

Our bathroom is modern and spacious and has a double washbasin, a toilet, bidet, bathtub and a shower.

Bed linen, towels, free Wifi and covered parking are included for our guests.

As there are staircases in the holiday apartment it is not recommended for small children and people who have difficulty in walking.

Unfortunately we cannot allow pets in the holiday home due to our allergy-friendly furnishing.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment but on the balconies.
